  These guys were great to communicate with. I would recommend them IF you just need them to pack your items, or you are already COMPLETELY packed and just need them to load the truck. Unfortunately, I was still finishing packing, so I was unable to watch them load the truck. My load-in also took 3.5 hours more than I had booked (4 hours originally). On arrival to my destination, I found that the FINAL 30 percent of the truck has been loaded VERY poorly. The first 65 percent was excellent. I understand the 2 guys were very tired and it was late in the day. As a result, several of my most important items of furniture got damaged in the transport including my leather sectional, my work desk table, and a BRAND NEW dining table! If you use this company, stay with the truck load-in, and make sure - especially late in the day - that items are being packed securely and correctly. I was charged $200 for the additional 3.5 hours. I didn't like that I was paying for their 45 minutes for lunch.

  Would not use this company again. Originally booked the movers for noon. They did not show up until 2pm, and I had to call to get an ETA they said they would be there in 15 minutes and then did not show up for another 45. Did not have any idea how to move the items and we had to suggest ideas. They could not carry that much weight, damages multiple of my items, cracked furniture, and at one point just decided to drop one of my heavy items onto the floor and cracked and scratched it. They dragged my couch across the desk ripping the fabric and drag marks on couch now. Never got an email back confirming details also, had to call and no one would ever answer only received a call back.
